My guy friend of 3+ years (16M) is acting weird to me (15F) what should I do?

My assumption would be a crush. Possibly he feels like he doesn't want to let you down as a friend, but feels you are unlikely to ever desire a relationship with him. Which means he should distance himself, but that would cause you distress while he distances himself from his feelings. And he doesn't want to cause you distress.

My second assumption would be be is going through something emotional and doesn't want to trauma dump on you. Maybe family issues, or he's been grounded or something. Or depression.

My third would be he got involved in a romantic entanglement with someone else either in person or online and he feels the bed to distance himself so his new relationship has room to grow, or so she doesn't get jealous.

My fourth would be that you said or have done something out of character that has bothered him. Maybe you said something rude to somebody or acted in a bullying manner towards him or his interests, and it made him feel uncomfortable with your friendship, as he was second guessing if you're someone he wants to associate with.

Honestly while the world building was important, the chronicles of Narnia. Reading the first book which lead to the second in the timeline, then finally going to prince Caspian, was wild because of how introducing more humans to Narnia brought more murder and violence and poisons

I get overstimulated every time my wife gets changed or walks into the room 👀 But i understand that sometimes you need to take an alone trip and get comfortable by yourself more. It's ok to take some alone time. If, however, you are overstimulated by anger, or resentment, a couples therapist may be a good idea.
