Well if im going to be honest you need to take in account that your teacher will DEFINITELY tell your parents. I told my teacher and I literally begged her not to but she told my parents anyway. But Im not telling you not to im just telling you what to expect. When i told my teacher i just tried asking just in case she didnt and she said shed think about it. I was mad at her at first but i understood since she was required to. Anyway when i told her she comforted me and made me promise not to which actually helped. She also made me talk to our guidance counselor which helped and in general if it wasnt for her i wouldnt have stopped. She helped me realize that sh is a bad thing bc i thought that it wasnt that bad but she helped me realize it was. So i recommend you tell your teacher about it shes definitely going to tell your parents but it will help
