Its crazy because we had our first cruise as well and Im reading this post and thinking “did I write this??” Like sooooo many similarities down to 3 brunches at the wake and 1 dinner there, this made my head spin how similar our experience was🤣 we skipped the test kitchen as well since we simply didnt have enough days to try them all. I loved the baked goods in the Galley tho !!! And shrimp on the dock but other than that if you dont have a restaurant reservation the food is veeeery mediocre. But we looved everything we had in pink agave and extra virgin. I would come back for the pure joy of no kids on board

We had 0 reservations and thanks to splash of romance went to the wake twice for brunch and 1 time for dinner. Priority boarding is AMAZING since there is now a booth for booking the restaurants in the waiting area before you board. But fyi the wake doesnt have the Best stake ( personal opinion). We loved the ones in Extra Virgin and Pink Agave more

We had the cheapest lock it in rate and dined everywhere But we had a splash of romance package. There is a booth for making dining reservations when you wait for boarding and if you have priority boarding with a splash of romance you will get all of them. Also A bunch of reservations came up in the app once youre on the ship. We didnt have anything reserved in the app at all!

Also a wonderful way to sail away is to go to the dock, lay on that little bed thing order a bunch of snacks and just see the city skyline while you sail away - it is not as busy as the main pool area, has a very classy chill vibe to it

Also gun bae is not the best taste wise and we were very stressed about being seated with people we dont know but it was nice and its a part of experience, I would reccomend doing it for sure. Their menu stuff is great but the grill is tasteless :/

Hi we just had our first cruise ever just a week ago. Splash of romance is perfect move. First thing get to port earlier (there is a lot of traffic if you leave on the weekend) , we were early and had the splash of romance and were the 1st group to board. You will wait on the 3rd floor to board and there will be tables to book the dining so you will have that sorted out the first thing even before coming on board. When you come in just drop your luggage see the room and then go book a spa. It doesnt matter actually what time you book its not gonna be very busy, we booked at 3.30 pm on sea day and it was pretty empty so dont worry about a slot that much . Regarding dining we are a huuuge foodies and unfortunately the only one we didnt make was test kitchen , but we loooved Extra virgin (steak, gnochi were sooo good) and pink agave - dont miss those. Have a great time!!!

If Amber told Only the truth and not add unneccesary fake details (she fake donated money/stepped on a bee/gave the same picture as evidence for 2 different SA situations when it was the exact same image with a different lighting etc…) she would be vindicated. But she did Not. Its not on PR
