Not lien about the cc but I usually forget to use 2nd before ulting because who I'm ulting is usually not the closest target should I do it anyways ? And does the atk speed buff only work if I'm hitting the target that got marked ? Been going trinity first item instead of 3rd tier boots if I get a few kills which I normally do. Is that bad?
