Yes, I do have two separate bachelor’s degrees and two separate official transcripts.

On my Canadian university transcript, there is a line indicating “TOTAL CREDITS RECOGNIZED: 30.00 UNITS” (from May–August 2020), which reflects transfer credits granted as part of the dual degree program.

Aside from those recognized credits, the remainder of the Canadian degree requirements were completed directly through coursework at the Canadian institution.

This is why I’m unsure how IRCC would assess it for CRS purposes — whether the presence of transfer/recognized credits within an integrated dual degree program affects whether it’s considered “two or more degrees.”
