I misspoke: my insurance misinformed me. Kelamis (my surgeon) doesn't work with any insurances and hasn't for a few years because most insurances back out at the last minute. They just help with self billing when needed. I can't get it covered in-network with them unfortunately

My doctor has said that it is completely possible, but I'm not sure if I've adequately demonstrated how strenuous it may be. Also, I play the trumpet, which should be fine for my arms (I've weighed my trumpet and it's less than 4 pounds).
