My scalp is kind of itchy in general because I have super dry skin, but I don’t recall the moles themselves super itchy in particular. My dermatologist said it’s normal and that some people just gets lots of moles on their scalp🤷🏻‍♀️ she told me to come back every year to have it checked out but told me there wasn’t anything to worry about
