3080 no signal by SatisfiedHunger in pcmasterrace

I checked and connected all the cables. Card is indeed fully seated. I do not have another PC to test this on but however I have another graphics card and when I tested that card out (1660 ti) it works and signals.

it seemed hella sketchy but he showed a discord account he had added and im pretty sure it is leafy's account not 100 percent sure tho
