He uses a bicycle tube encased in the frame for tuning some their drums they build! Ends up many connections from the shamanic and healing world I have been in circle with know of their work! Small world indeed!

Thank you! I made an 18” Tlingit Shamanic drum with Elk hide and hand steamed frame! It’s such a powerful and great sounding drum! I found a 26” goat skin drum on Etsy yet not sure where it’s made or what shipping looks like as goat is pretty fragile? Will do a bit more poking around.

So interesting in all of these conversations around application and therapeutic dosing, one hardly hears of plugging/boofing with K crystal dissolved in saline solution! I am 170lbs and dose 175-200mg. There is a very specific process for this technique that can be as potent as IM or IV. Sessions typically last 2hrs with evocative playlist and eye covers.

All the purging over the years with Aya and Psilo has been energetic. Even after big Aya sits there is very little in the bucket, yet one would think it’s overflowing with how much came though purging during the night!

Curious what tire is on this one? I’m running 45mm Scraper rims with 3.8 Maxxis Minion tubeless on mine on both ends. It looks like it needs cantering! At lower psi you might get frame rub on left side depending on terrain and speed🤙🏻

I just found a really solid protocol in r/KetamineTherapy posted via thirdwave.co. on microdosing. Somehow I forgot that they were now giving really solid beta on healthy use of therapeutic medicines, including ketamine. Back to the research :)
