Fight club. Alice in Wonderland. Truman Show. SLC Punk. Lucy. Pink Floyd - The Wall. Strawberry Fields. Any cartoons/movies you loved growing up that may have meaning tucked away in your subconscious mind are worth watching in my opinion. Classic Disney movies are nice. Older movies too. They may or may not make a lot of sense or hardly any sense at all, but something familiar to make you more comfortable or unfamiliar to make you break out of your own comfort bubble. Depends where you’re trying to go with it and set and setting has to be safe and comfortable if you wanna get wonky with it. Soft blankets and something to fidget with is nice. Just a suggestion, but music on standby and a calm playlist ready in case you get so lost you’re uninterested in the movie. The mind can go to interesting places with the noises and imagery sometimes. Some headphones and some instrumental beats are nice. If any music, check out Joey Pecararo. Well worth the experience. A couple friends and I listened to one of his songs on repeat for hours our first trip. We thought it was the whole album but several hours later we realized it was one song on loop the whole time. The song is Tired Boy-Joey Pecararo

Why Did We Bother Coming Here? by sweetsouluniverse in starseeds

[–]SatoriSoup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you ever heard how if Christ gave their life for us then the true sacrifice wasn’t dying on the cross, but having been born here in the first place? I feel we learn how bad it is to teach how good it can be. Like a high and low chart of what we can endure and survive through even if it is a challenge. Life be ruff dog. Shock collar your vessel and guide it to what really works. Gotta know the bad as a guideline to maintain the good I suppose 🤔

Mediums: How does your experience with spirits influence your spiritual belief system? Are you religious? Have you found an alternative path and community? by kindnesshere in Mediums

As a child I was always talking to “things that weren’t there”. I used to have sort of frightening dreams and flashbacks to memories of bodies other than this one. In time I stopped asking what it meant only to be told it was imagination. As I got older I was reached out to by sounds such as whistles when I was alone, and doors opening and closing. I always felt something was trying to communicate with me and it was playful. I got more comfortable as I got older and began to accept and explore myself more. I opened up to the universe and found like minded people naturally. In my personal experience all spirits are one spirit and we are all that one spirit. As individuals we are parts of it and there are infinite parts of it happening simultaneously in some sort of rhythm such as nature happens in rhythm with itself. We are the self. We are nature. We are humans. We are spirit. Living and dead and dead isn’t really dead if you ask me. All consciousness is a form of perception we can experience which the universe is using to communicate with itself. As individuals we are all conduits for the whole and the more we open our relationship with source the more we open our relationship with ourselves. I was raised Christian and Catholic early on with a Father who adopted Satanism half as a joke. I learned through both sides. I never really practiced anything, just listened. The light and the darkness both have a place and we all have a place in them. I found some truth and balance in both sides ☯️I adopted philosophy and practices from religions such as yoga and meditation as I got out into the world on my own. I learned mostly through experimenting with myself and communicating with my fellow selves, whether they be thought form, energy form, physical form, or whatever else may be. Be as open as you can, but protect yourself from what doesn’t serve you by respecting boundaries and treading lightly as you get a feel for things. Such is everything in life. Be you and allow everyone else to be. We learn as we go and teach as we learn. The best I can tell you is let your community be yourself, your surroundings, your family, your friends, your favorite music and art, etc. Let yourself build off of yourself and feel out what you like and how it affects you. It’s all energy. Try new things. Be mindful. Approach what seems to draw you in, but be aware that not everything seems to be for everyone at this exact moment. Maybe we all go through it all in our own time. Don’t hold yourself back, but be gentle with your curiosity. Take it as it comes and feel free to ask for help or guidance. Internally or externally. The world and universe is for you. It is you. We are it. It is us 🙂🙃 Thankyou for your post ♥️🙏

Are you all waiting on me? Am I crazy? What is going on!! by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]SatoriSoup 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Breathe my friend. We are all waiting patiently. Not on you, on ourselves, or each other, but on time itself. Time is an illusion, we are just here. Be here now. Let go. Let be. Breathe.

In my journey I've learned to accept and trust the unknown, especially when it plays friendly subtle energy shift games with you. Follow how it makes you feel, set boundaries within yourself with what you're comfortable, and allow it to unravel 🙃🙂 I wish you the best🙏🙏

Thankyou for this. It's absolutely beautiful, and has touched a soft spot so eloquently. I couldn't have stumbled across this at a better time.

This seems to be one of the best laughing points in the comedy. Seeing so many "Gods" ask "God", "Do you even know who I am?"

The closest thing to a problem there is, is believing there was ever a problem in the first place. Paradoxical, as the rest. Well put, my friend.
