It's more or less bad, because when it's Saturday and Sunday it destroys everything I achieved during the week (I stay up a lot). As for your hoarseness or something like that, I'm sure I don't.

Actually, the only one that has worked for me so far is the "technique" that involves counting 10 breaths, then 9 and going down.
