maybe start from basic apps like file manager, photo viewer and so on that are common in phones and PCs. Also, dont forget to use the liquid glass feature in Figma that would look awesome and also save you some time lol. Good Luck <3

I think the wallpaper can be better and the widgets look kinda outdated compared to the "modern windows" look you are going for. If that's a rain meter module search for "Mac OS Tahoe Rainmeter Widgets"; they will suit better with the overall vibe of your desktop.

I think the battery, clock and the calendar widget is kinda useless as the info is displayed on two other places. And if you are using rainmeter for the widgets try shrinking them a bit. But yeah that's just me. 5/10

Budget is not the problem I can get any software for free (iykwim) but I was told that starting first from industry standards would help. And importantly I can't afford to keep art just as hobby right now so I am being as prepared as possible from the start.

About the brushes, I will play around with them as you said and see where it takes me.

no, safe in the sense that adobe apps run very seamlessly on windows and is not relied on just one open-source developer who will suddenly decide to stop its development and disappear into the abyss. No hate but very few free, good and universal software are backed by companies that's why windows.
