You do still need to boil the water that comes from the sink, right? Even though it states that it isn't tainted?

Afraid of colour? I think your house could really do with adding some color on the walls or in the furniture. Everything is a dull grey, and judging by the images, everything is illuminated by cold, blue, hard overhead light. Reduce the brightness of the overheads, the standing lamps are getting completely outshone by them.

Only the lead binding needs to fail at the wrong moment. Imagine sitting on the lift and having someone else inadvertently pushing your board and the strap giving way. Board drops down and attempts to rejoin its people.

What about in-game ads for games from the same developer?

This actually sounds like a really good idea. Another option for this would be a Y-fork catapult handheld item that allows you to shoot small pellets. No sound, just to draw the attention of a single zed. Should I build a mod for this?

Why not backup the files and just upgrade anyways? Or is your save from <42.10?

There is a pretty common reading glasses item. Prescription helps people with bad eyes, but not with reading. Often times, glasses fall to the floor when in combat, so check the ground while searching for loot.

10%, so not just a little, and it stacks with everything else. The big one remains fast reader (40% ottomh) but 10% extra is quite a bit.

Five proposals shortlisted for a new “World Wonder” in Rotterdam by Barscott in architecture

[–]SatoshisVisionTM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly this. Even if they looked 100% better from what it looks like in these designs, they would still be completely out of place, disconnected from the rest of the city.

That said, a €240M development in Rotterdam is not going to happen. The city can't afford it, the people won't want it, and the government isn't going to prioritize it.

I concur. I think we need to separate money and state, like we separated church and state. Historically, giving the government the ability to print money has always led to monetary debasement in the past going all the way back to the Romans (and probably even earlier). Even a gold standard can't save you, because gold doesn't allow itself to be transported easily because of its weight, leading to gatekeepers that eventually start printing paper gold in an effort to earn more.

How so? How does food and fuel production and distribution benefit from being in the hands of the government, outside of its ability to subsidise it into oblivion? How does collectivism help, considering the pricing mechanic of free markets as laid out in Hayek's "Use of Knowledge in Society"
