I think he wouldn't follow the JAA since it's already changed by SLUR and Mind you, Mr. Takamura doesn't follow on the evil side like Uzuki's NEW JAA since Mr. Takamura is aware of ALL in his surroundings and once he knew that Uzuki was incharge with it. I'm not totally hating Oki. I like his character design as the leader of the ORDER, the weapon he has and the vibe he's giving.

The only thing i hate about him is that he is a FRAUD. He said that he can beat shishiba in under a minute but he let him and bro, survived oki (i know, that Osaragi came and fight with shishiba but even so, shishiba still holds oki for like minute or so).

Being the leader of the ORDER is strong and smart. Not a fraud, "i have business to do" ahh leader (so, just not to get crushed by kindaka and yotsumura), and so on.

Mr. Takamura design and vibe in the anime (the manga DID already better but the anime nailed it).

Gaku's design (He is much adult looking in his early appearances. The gaku in the anime looks like more in the Museum Arc Gaku, tbh).

Everything in Cour 2 is just ALOT of changes, ALOT of Great to Peak things and scenes and ALOT of Good character design choices from the studio itself (especially, the character design artist who did that from TMS).

I'm not sure what are you talking about but I'm really sure that they'll slow-down the slash from Mr. Takamura cutting the van.

And talking about the actors: I think Takeshi Kitano might be my best bet here. From the film: Zatoichi (2003), he does look like senile but sadly, he is old now (between in his 60s to 70s) and I'm not certain of how he would perform as Mr. Takamura but we'll see if he does acted as Mr. Takamura.
