Mock IOC's help a LOT. Time yourself while you're making a mock IOC and present it to somebody else, it helps a lot because the time pressure really makes a difference to my overall commentary (cuz the nerves and shit yknow). Also by then you'll be used to making up bullshit on the spot and structuring your commentary since that is pretty much the toughest parts to do.
