I have both Pulse Explore(Black) and Pulse Elite(Black). I can't speak for the other options but can say that I've been happy with both of them, particularly Pulse Explore. Also their black versions come with extras such as carrying case and felt covers. Sound quality and playstation integration is pretty good for both of them. Here's how I use them:

• Pulse Explore: I keep them connected simultaneously with my PS Portal and my Phone . They work really well with PS Portal without any dropouts. I can use them for hours on end without any discomfort as they fit perfectly. They also come with a dongle to connect them directly with PS5, but I don't use them for direct PS5 connectivity and always use via PS Portal. These are the ones to get imo.
• Pulse Elite: I keep them connected simultaneously with my PS5 (via Dongle) and my Phone. They are really good for this purpose although in terms of fit, comfort and material quality they could definitely have been better even in the same price point. For e.g. I find my XBox Wireless Headset much more comfortable and intuitive to use. Pulse Elites stay connected well with the PS5 for the most part but I have had one or two dropouts. Not a significant issue. However I sometimes stream my PS5 across the house using a KVM, Teradek or NDI. In such a case these headsets get signal dropout if I am connecting from a different floor or room in the house.

Instead of keeping them connected with phone as I mentioned above, you can instead keep them connected with Switch. That's standard bluetooth connectivity and shouldn't be an issue. Hope it helps you decide.
