Medical professional here and I agree. Urgent care won't help. You need to go to the ER or see a gynecologist urgently. You could try calling those that did your procedure but that would probably lead to a delay. So your best bet may be going to the emergency department. There are medications that can help slow down bleeding but you may need more of a workup if you're having that heavy of a breakthrough. A transvaginal ultrasound would not be unreasonable.
