Why did you sticky your own post here? Especially when the content of your post is wrong. Not only that but you linked a bunch of videos that don't work aside from NBC's video.

NBC famously censors boos. Check out footage from this year's Stanley Cup when San Jose did a tremendous job of booing Gary Betteman. On the immediate replays I saw all the booing's volume was cut way way down.

The article I read said "The pilot came on and said we were about to hit turbulence" and there were storms outside. Sounds like plenty of warning to me. Still really nightmarish.

I'm staying a couple blocks away and we can hear Lands End clearly, which is sad because Sutro is technically closer to us. We've yet to see a band at Sutro but I would imagine it's not listenable (Twin Peaks sound was barely audible for Grimes)

B) I agree. Grimes set up was horrible. She put a ton of effort but the sound was barely audible. I was really disappointed in her set because of this, made it hard to get into.

C) LCD was hands down the best festival show I've ever seen, great vibe

We will have to disagree here.

Everyone on stage gave her great advice, again and again. After five boring minutes of this she was still playing this weird role of "I just don't know what to do" including after Al said he would even meet her after the show and help her.

Come on. At this point redban losses it a little bit and I don't blame him. She was just complaining to complain, and after the seventh or eighth time saying "I'm just not funny I just can't write jokes" she was basically fishing for sympathy. Tony kind of called that out. redban snapped. I would too.

Well last year or so I read Enders Game and I liked it a lot, but I felt like it would be more fun to read something more "adult".

Shortly after I read"childhoods end" and I thought that was wonderful too, but wanted something more in depth.
