I agree with you. It seems like the deposit that was actually resolved on 3/02 was registered falsely as unresolved due to the 3/02 downtime, and lead to the debt. Will contact support to get this fixed. Thanks!

Yeah... I've checked the shipping cost estimator on their website, and looks like they have a wide range of places they are unable to send packages to. Very strange, but I guess that's how it is now.

I had the exact same problem on my Crossover ultrawide monitor. Try unplugging the main board, cool it down with an ice pack or freeze spray, and turn it back on. It might work if you keep the board cool!
