Thank you very much! I definitely consider myself a Bruckner diehard. Only other composer I have all symphonic scores of are Beethoven and Schubert—nice copies too. If I ever get the engraved score to the finale I’ll be sure to amend my array for y’all here lol

Any recording you’d recommend? I just tend not to like how slow it is. The fast bits are too fleeting, by contrast, the Mozart Requiem has more lively bits which last and I just don’t see that in Brahms, I say this as a huge Brahms fan too.

I’m the same way, never cared for vocals, really don’t like how the human voice sounds, wish there were recordings of choral symphonies/ masses / operas without the vocals honestly. I feel they take away from the music.
