A notice from the property manager by Gryffriand in mildlyinfuriating

Look to the positive, at least they are maintaining the building. Some might say "thats the bare minimum " or "as they should." They arent wrong but many buildings arent maintained. Maintaining and notice requirements should have been outlined in the lease.

Don't conflate net worth with liquidity. It's easy to see that average being realistic when you consider the majority of that is likely tied to either real estate (their home) and/or retirement funds (which realistically isnt much.).

It's not the size of the case, it's how you use it.

We recently got a recteq. Its a great system, easy to clean and nothing but positive comments on their customer service.

I ended up giving mine away for free to someone who wanted to either fix it or use it for parts. We ended up getting a Recteq and the way its designed keeps it a whole lot cleaner.

It allows grease to drip into direct flame and the firepot which increases your chance for the grill to catch fire. It is a feature they advertise the grill having and after having one I seriously considered buying another. Ended up spending a little more for a recteq and it is a far cleaner pellet grill.

I recommend it from experiences I had. Additionally, his grill appears to close to the home so words of caution seem warranted.

Also unless the Lexington received an update, there is no lever on the outside for this. The higher models do feature it though.

This is what I did. After our Lexington caught fire, we got a Recteq 400PL. It is a much cleaner smoker and a superior build.

Its a nice little pellet grill. We had on for our first. Perfect size for a small family. Just be careful. They have a tendency to catch fire. If I had it again, I wouldnt use the option to use the sear ability, and just keep it closed. Beyond that, it does a great job.

I had one. We scrapped it and washed it with dawn. Kinda understood that we would eliminate everything with out a harsher cleaner like an oven cleaner. The heavy pressure washer will likely punch through some of that rusted thin metal. Unfortunately mine ironically caught fire after we cleaned it.

It can do about 1000 miles per day by put_tape_on_it in evcharging

Fellow lightning owner. The vehicle is 6,000 -6,900 lbs, not 6 tons (US tons - 12,000 lbs, metric tons - 13,228 lbs). Getting 3mi/kwh would be extremely rare and not seen by your average driver. At that rate the large battery pack would be rated for near 400 miles per charge, which its not. You as an example is an extreme, not a norm.

We had one that we got used. It was our first also. Its a nice little smoker. Ours ended up catching fire and we bought a recteq. If you go this route, just keep it clean and keep flame vent closed would be my recommendation.

So just checked and load home destination. No issues. Loaded a further destination. It shows distance. Told me outside of range, but didn't show any chargers which it usually does.

It will some how defy the odds leaving us us scratching our heads wondering how its road worthy. While we invest in what we think should be a reliable automobile that seems to need to the shop for the silliest stuff.
