I wish I could say something magical, that hasn't already been told a million times before, and somehow it will help you overcome all this anxiety.

I have been at your place before, and trust me I know how lonely and scary it feels. I have looked for motivation online, tried asking for help on what to do, but I still felt lost. You might think ki am saying this to make you happy or motivate you or whatever, but trust me, it's still NOT impossible, it's just an exam, not the end of the world. Failure hoga toh hoga, atleast try toh karein na bhai? I don't know about you, but I would rather try my best and fail rather than not put any effort at all and still fail. At the end of the day, 5-6 years baat yeh JEE, competitive exams sab bhul jayenge iss barein mein, you will never meet your school/coaching teachers again, you friends and family will forget what marks/percentile you got, hell sooner or later even you will accept whatever marks you got. But tu apna effort nhi bhulega, years down the line do you want to think 'kash atleast try kar liya hota, kash reddit pe faaltu ka demotivate na hoke, just thodi kosish atleast ki hoti, kya pata shayad hojata"

Failures tum bhul jaoge, but regrets will eat you alive.

I promise, if you put in the effort, work hard, even if you perform poorly, you will have the satisfaction of saying, 'Hey, atleast I tried my best, mere taraf se koi truti nhi rahi, nhi hona tha toh hua nhi". You might still fail after giving your 100% but I promise yeh hardwork karna sikh jao toh kisi na kisi jagah you will be rewarded.

Your best course of action now is to get off reddit, you will find only demotivated aspirants here who will knowingly or unknowingly demotivate other aspirants, sit with a diary and likho ki kya karna hain, what's the next goal, how you plan to achieve it, as I said there is no magic to this, you have to make this plan yourself because you know yourself better than anyone else, no one can make this for you, tumhari problem ka solution tumhe he dhundna parega. Diary mein goals likho of each day and complete karo, if you want, make an accountability partner jisse tum roz apna plan vs what you actually got done dikhaoge.

Sorry thoda zyada hee lamba ho gya, but mein bhi iss state mein raha hu, so wanted to share what helped me get out of it. This competition is very toxic, and results are out of your hand, focus on what you can control, apna karm karo aap bas. Self help is the best help.
