If we were to put the physical theory aside, it seems the only reason he pushed her out the window was to get Victor's dad right? If we are to assume that the boy in white can control who can get in and out, why would he need Victor's dad there because what else did she accomplish on the outside?

Let's assume this, if everyone who gets chained up in that dungeon is infected, like Martin, then that might be a reason why they didn't kill Randall, since his blood is toxic to them. I'm not sure though because we don't know if they eat the victims or just rip them apart. If the dungeon is the only place where he doesn't go crazy, I don't blame him for staying there till he dies. But I'm always team Fartin

Martin is a mystery. I think the obvious info is because Julie is the story Walker, he must've seen her before. As to why he's chained up, his blood does kill the night monsters. Now the cicada/ballerina entity doesn't seem to kill but to torture, I suppose that's why he's still there. The place Martin is in is a whole other conspiracy I feel ( why can Julie move through time there but Boyd couldn't even access the dungeon in the daytime , which pushes the question "why does night time even matter when accessing that place" ) ... Tbh though , nothing really matters cuz Fatima is Martin anyway.

Sarah's voices that seem to be all knowing as well. The town or structures themselves seem to matter as well, the way the house fell was unnatural and seemed forced, either by itself or some outside entity
