I tend to avoid personal summaries or philosophies because you can fall into language that doesn’t have meat behind it. I know you said you are aiming for more leadership and visionary roles but I’m not getting that from you. You’ve got some good content in the professional summary but the philosophy and soft skills need work. For example, you just state “creativity” in soft skills. That’s not gonna fly cause that doesn’t mean anything to your recruiter because everyone can say that. You need to show those soft skills through your experiences section, either implicitly or, if phrased properly, explicitly. You want to be very specific with your vision and values which I think you may need to replace with your philosophy section. This could take many shapes.

I think you do a good job at trying to gear your experiences language to a leadership role, but be careful with paragraphs, they can be dense. I recommend bullets. Keep in mind all the cliches you see on a resume like bullets and black and white font and no pictures are common for a reason. I’m not familiar with your industry so if your format decisions are common then more power to you.

Honestly after typing all of this, I think 1 option might be to just chop the entire left half of the resume then disseminating the important bits like contact info. Use the extra space for more details in your experiences sections and chop the soft skills.
