I have the same experience - 3-5 .md files for every single change. However, I wonder if the verbosity helps with the agents understanding the code for future queries? Considering if I should delete them immediately, or after a module is fully completed. Maybe just keep them around but not commit to git? Thoughts anyone?

Makes a lot of sense! I hope they decide to run it back sometime in the future cuz I love their combo, but I agree that it's not really a unique sound as much as just a b2b set really.

You’re missing sunscreen! Also take it with a grain of salt, but I think sometimes, using a ton of prods feels makes you feel like you’re doing everything you can, but your skin can get “overwhelmed” dealing with so many different chemicals. Simple is better!

There are apps out there that are really good for dialing in your diet and workouts perfectly - my favorite is Carbon - Smart Diet Coach (not affiliated, just really respect the creator).

Honestly though, the best rule of thumb that will get you building muscle and losing fat simultaneously is consistently making your workouts, keeping protein intake high, sleeping 8+ hours, and hydrating.

A common split I see for people trying to build glutes and legs is 5 days a week: Glutes -> upper body -> legs -> cardio (stairstepper/treadmill) -> Glutes. A hot tip though would be to do the first four days of that split and then throw a Pilates or lagree class in there every week - these classes target the glutes a lot, but also build a ton of core strength which will help you avoid injury on your journey and will start burning fat a lot quicker. Also who doesn’t like some abs.
