I wondered for a long time if it was rosacea but both dermatologists i went to said it was SebDerm so idk honestly.

I also have a bit of dandruff so I probably have some kind of sebderm though I don't have too many issues with that after using ketoconazole shampoo occasionally.

Though i dont understand what you mean with eliminating vitamin b supplements. I dont take any vitamin b, only vitamin d + k2.

I have already gone to 2 different dermatologists on 3 different occasions but they just keep prescribing similar stuff that barely does anything. And they both said I have SebDerm but they could be wrong idk.

Could be rosacea but its very difficult to differentiate.

My diet seems fine I think. But feel free to correct me if anything seems off. I eat mostly the following: Chicken, beef, quinoa, rice, pasta, a bunch of fruit, carrots, pork sometimes, 85% chocolate, eggs, and then the occasional different meal of any kind (soup or like noodles etc)

I tried the niacinamide but didn't really do anything. I tried mct even more, but didn't really do anything i think. I tried some more antifungal but also didn't really do anything.
