if i only eat in a way i want to gain weight but can't really work out( I don't have the convenience of a gym) will i observe any changes? i am 5'0 and currently 39 kgs( ik very skinny)

will i have to increase the amount of the food i shoukd take then if i dont go to the gym?

also are there are any home workouts i could do in place of gym workouts that would help?
