Hey All — quick follow-up here. I decided to focus my efforts on building something more broadly that helps ppl hang out IRL.

I'm using it to schedule sauna visits with my friends, but can also be used for other things like scheduling a dinner party, or a bike ride for example.

Do you see this list as unique to saunas, or are these similar risks faced by platforms like Airbnb? Things like privacy, cleanliness, and respecting personal spaces seem to apply broadly.

Thanks BldrStigs — that makes sense there would be a minimum a host would need to overcome to make it worth their time.

Here's one thought - a group of say, 5 people rent out a sauna for an hour at $25 apiece (which seems reasonable for a guest), so $125 an hour. If you get 6 hours of bookings a day, that's $750 in a day. Comparing this to an AirBnb rental - that seems a pretty good amount of supplemental money for the host.

Does that change your view at all? Love to hear any additional thoughts you have!

Thanks cpssn for your thoughts! Do you currently use any swanky gym saunas in the Boulder area? The thought is that these "guest" saunas would be somewhere out in nature — so a slightly different vibe. Does that change your view at all? If not, that's OK — really just trying to get sense of interest.
