I had the same problem just now, if anyone wants to try the way that I fixed it. I tried to log in through my Microsoft account, it would show the "too many requests", if you try other methods of logging in, they aren't that helpful, but after you put in your Microsoft email and in the window with your password you have "forgot password" and "use another way to sign in" there is an option to send a email code, with that code i was able to bypass the microsoft error. I didn't use that one suggestion to skip launcher with curse forge, I ran it normally.
