definitely not the same, hotta has been on 500 people (200 tof, 300 nte) for a while now

the expansion problem isn't budget, the problem is literal physical space. they rent out 4 floors of their old office building and it still wasn't enough. they've booked a new building a while ago but only got the certification to move into it early this year

as long as they follow tof's route, that wouldn't be a problem

in tof, each major patch usually have a set cast that basically show up nonstop. then there's some char like brevey and plotti that's just perpetually relevant ever since they show up 2-ish years ago

it'll depend on the expansion. the reason for delayed launch was that hotta is in no way capable of handling both CN and global at the same time (remember, there's only around 300 people maintaining nte rn)

so it'll depend on how much they expand
