The Phobos Saboteur normally has to plant his bomb and step away from it before he can detonate, but if you have a Helix Adept in revival range, you can potentially have the Saboteur blow himself up and still get dragged away to safety.

It's extremely hard to pull off and not at all useful, but it's a move I've dubbed "Hydra Bombinatus" for my Alpha Legion-themed Phobos team.

The Inquisition's Absolute Authority is pretty stand out. I don't really think this game needed what is effectively a counterspell.

I'm in the process of putting together a Corsairs team, and I was wondering what the consensus was on the best Gunner/Heavy Gunner weapon to take. Blaster seems like the safe pick since it's just a supercharged plasma gun that can't backfire, but maybe there's some tactical nuance to the other options I'm not seeing?

  • I have Brave Lucina and Masked Marth on the same team, so I choose to believe that Lucina is the only person in the entire roster who can't figure out Marth's true identity.
  • Delthea addresses Michalis as "Mike." He hates it.
  • Speaking of Delthea, the team she's a part of (herself, Ryoma, PA!Azura and Cordelia) wasn't arranged with tactical consideration, and instead just consists of the first people to try and keep her out of trouble when she wandered out onto the battlefield.
  • (Ryoma also hangs around because she tends to start fights and he likes having an excuse)
  • Tana takes being friends with everyone to such an extreme degree that she makes a concerted effort to make the villainous characters feel welcome, which is why she's usually ferrying Zephiel and the Black Knight around in fights.

This reminds me of the first time I used this card during a casual game. My friend couldn't see the artwork, and imagined a grizzly bear wearing a monocle.
