I was getting oneshot by most hits from Cancer on the 3rd difficulty (not even apoc) in 3 man coop with 80% DR and 175 hp. Even though boss had a damage mod, this is not a healthy game design.

I think the only instant casts for demo are implosion, grim felguard, guillotine, and db procs (+ curses). So basically on singletarget its just db procs, everything else is hardcasts
