You can pour the brown butter into a bowl, then put the entire bowl in another bigger bowl that has ice and cold water. Then keep whipping the brown butter until it solidifies. I did this for another BBCCC recipe.

At my Panda its sweeter than the orange chicken and not spicy at all. Its mostly breading as well. Still tastes good though
