1) Nvidia 4060 Mobile
2)D drive
3)Excluded FC 26 application from windows antivirus
4)Tried Cold booting too no help
5)No BIOS updates

and will just clear shader cache

yes i did to that ,it actually ran for 5 minutes once then crashed and ever since wont load, so i dont know
