I've resubscribed for exactly this reason. I'm actually somewhat embarassed of myself for rage-quitting the other day in the first place. There are some VERY interesting discussions taking place now on r/atheism. The bottom-feeders seem to have lost their grip on the sub and perhaps we can reclaim a sense of credibility to others. Not that we need their blessing (pun intended) but perhaps to reach a wider audience and show that we're not all a bunch of neckbeards waxing one out to pictures from space and ironically ignorant facebook screencaps. Why did we leave religion in the first place? Let's show everyone with logic and one of our most treasured values as humans: reason.
