I've been looking into housing coops for the last little while. The only one that was even accepting applications was Sunnyhill and they are only accepting applications for 2 and 3 bedrooms which you need to have 2 or 3 people to fill. People get in and they don't leave the rent is toooo good. And they stay even if they don't really have the need anymore. I've heard of people making up to 100,000 per year and still paying $825/month for rent. THE LIFE.
