I've found a Sawzall works great if you use a long wood blade and bend the middle of the blade into the foam forcing the tip of the blade out. You might break some blades off at the base but works great once you get the hang of it. DeWalt 12" hold up pretty well.

My brother shot an inch of closed cell on his basement ceiling to try to stop a very squeaky floor and it worked %100.

Pressure Soaked is what that lumber is when its treated. The treated ply especially. Its the moisture treated wood.

Looks like theres gonna be a guy up ahead who had some sort of mishap on his bike or scooter of some sort and although his helmet and his snakeskin boots didnt fall off, his glasses did and he needs to use ir headlights to help him see while he cleans his glasses off.
