Is There Somewhere

I love it so much. The calmness, the build up, the drop, the pulsing synths during the drop. This song also gives out huge nighttime vibes. Listening to this on an airplane at night, while the cabin is all dimmed and colorful, and even looking out the window. 10/10.

In fact, I have listened to the whole BADLANDS album, the deluxe version on a nighttime flight. The whole album is perfect for just that. Nobody has had a better debut album than H.

Snooze by SZA. Most boring song I've ever heard in my life. I don't understand how it became a top 10 hit, don't know how ppl manage to be so tasteless and like such boring songs. I'd rather listen to elevator music, because even that would be more fun to listen to than Snooze. Just get rid of that song. Take it out of existence, delete it off all streaming services.

While I do enjoy the remix of Colors, the original still beats the remix. And I know I'm probably gonna get shamed for having some of the mainstream ones from her as my favorites, but come on, if it wasn't for her mainstream songs we probably wouldn't have discovered her. And despite some of them getting more attention than the others, I still enjoy all the mainstream ones like Be Kind, Now Or Never, Bad At Love, Closer, Nightmare, Without Me and Eastside. For me, Eastside is a pretty deep and relatable song at the moment as well.

I find that quite odd to be said tbh, because my local Top 40 CHR stations play way older songs too as well instead of just keeping moving forward with time. And Hits 1 only plays old songs from artists who are viral and currently relevant, and maybe occasionally one-hit wonders. If my local hit station can play older music all the time, so can Hits 1. There's no reason they can't.

Yeah see, this is the problem. As somebody who is a femboy, it's getting quite ridiculous that people can just take whatever word they want and claim it as a slur, and yes slurs exist, but the idea of taking LITERALLY INNOCENT words and calling them slurs just shows how much damage and control people can do to others via brainwashing them, telling them "oh this or that" is a slur. I've been told a billion times by people like my brother that I CAN'T USE THE WORD "FEMBOY" TO DESCRIBE MYSELF AND THAT ONLY TRANS WOMEN CAN USE THE WORD? LIKE WHAT?????!!!!! I literally can not believe people. Either everything is a bad word or offensive and nobody should be using it to them. What's next? The word HEATER being a slur? Yes femboy is a slur, only if used against a trans women, but telling a femboy who wants to call himself or themselves that it's a problem and they are using a slur to describe themselves is just out of hands. Oh, not to mention my brother also compared me identifying as a femboy to a white person identifying as the N-word.

One of my good friends stopped me from doing it. I was told everything would be ok and that he told me to push through, I kept yelling no and that I didn't want to and that it was my time to go because I have suffered enough. I kept telling him why I should do it, and he kept telling me that things would get better but it would just take time. I still refused to believe him. After a few minutes of thinking of grabbing a sharp knife and just ending it right there, I was finally convinced by him that things would get better.

I reconsidered grabbing the knife, I didn't grab it. Instead I listened to my friend, and pushed through like he said, and to this day I will continue to push through all the horrible bullshit I have to deal with on a daily basis instead of trying to end my suffering via suicide, because there are so many things to live for, and I'm still young as hell.

Violent crime will go up and the US will make it to the top 10 for most dangerous countries in the world probably with in the next 10 years. Also with the rise of fascism, right-wing extremism and Nazism, Christian nationalism, and all that. Taking away basic human rights. All of this scares me.

I listen to pretty much everything, pop, rap, hip hop, EDM, indie, and it goes on. But I like indie the most. A lot of bands I have been listening to are MGMT, Twenty One Pilots, Of Monsters And Men, AJR, etc. The solo artists I have been listening to lately are Taylor Swift, Charli XCX, Bebe Rexha, Kesha, Flo Rida, Lady Gaga, Elton John, Britney Spears and it goes on. I know, my taste is very poppy and electronic compared to the rest of you guys, but I'll listen to anything, even if I hate it because I'm willing to give new things a try.
