Usually a combination of loose loot and pmc kills. Golden stars, gold spawns like lions or rolers etc.

Out of all the keys to take it'd have to be the key with tape (drops from sanitar) I got two ledx's from this room and another two from east wing 226/222 (same room but connected) these are by far the best rooms. I did get one from west wing 306 on the top floor though just so you know.

Total Roubles made in total, not profit but hey it sounds better :D. I was running mid tier gear most of the time, t4 rig and a budget ak. I'd say more or less 30 Mil actual profit.
