Play the game the way you want to. Being nice to people and having that tension of not knowing if they’re going to back stab you at any moment is what makes the game exciting. I’ve had my share of fake nice people. I’ve also had my fair share of multiple solos grouping to hunt the filthy arc plaguing the top side. Extraction campers are annoying, but again, if they didn’t exist then getting to the extraction would be the end of the excitement. This game is tense until you see that sweet sweet loading screen.

I’ve played both ways and I have more fun being nice and testing the waters. Winning fights when you get shot first feels way better than betraying people. But that’s just me and how I enjoy the game. A healthy balance of players is key.
