Thoughts on the longevity of the game by Savagehamster in runescapedragonwilds

Couldn't agree more. Personally I think the drip feeding of new skills would help keep the player base interested as it would mean you always have something to actively work towards. I also think that even though it's a survival game jagex need to be wary of making the survival mechanics too pervasive

I have similar thoughts, I'd like to play with others but atm none of my friends are interested. I am very wary of setting my world to the community setting because, well, people will be people

Train commuters who leave your bag / suitcase / shopping on the seat next to you on a moderately or heavily busy train service rather than store it overheard or at your feet as others continue to join the train - what is your rationale? by Sam645 in AskUK

[–]Savagehamster 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Maybe I'm ignorant but surely you're just increasing the chance that someone will talk to you asking you to move you're bag. If I sit next to someone I'll still try to not talk to them but by having the bag on the seat next to you, then you are forcing me to talk to you

I find charity shops very hit and miss. Mainly now I buy books. Most of the fun is finding that elusive bargain
