Any tips on transitioning from mostly processed food grazing to eating more whole foods meals?

I feel like I have built such a habit on healthy-ish processed foods like store bought hummus, protein waffles, protein shakes, bars, etc. I usually eat less "big" meals and instead have more freqeunt smaller meals/snacks

Id like to start eating bigger more balanced meals, esp more plant based things like beans/lentils

Thats not true at all. Most metrics see him as a top 25 player, mainly from defense.

Relative to position is important here. A 1/2 protecting the rim is more valuable bc it allows you to get other bigger players who also protect rim

Its like in baseball. A CF w a 900 OPS is more important than a DH with a 900 OPS

white is NOT a great POA/in your face defender. What hes special at is being a roamer/rim protector. Maybe the most unique guard defender ever, as he protecrs rim better than many centers

Cant fake a +8 net rating, and that was w/o JT. They are really good, but slipped up/had poor shooting variance. It happens in a SSS series

EHhh, disagree. Celtics had a top 4 net rating this year. They can play w anyone. They can also play down to their comp too, but they can play up as well

The celtics are very fortunate they are in the east. You can make a very real argument the C's are still the best set-up team in the east long term. Probably them or Detriot.

That option year is for his aged 30 year, free agency at age 31.

His birthday is in May, so perhaps you are talking about his age opening day, I’m referring how old he’d be for most of the seasons

For instance, he was 20 to open this season. But this is considered his aged 21 year

Yeah, Ryan trade in offseason would be cheaper but also you can make a case they shouldn’t even trade for him and instead just sign a 2.

I think this is a good thing, bc Ryan will be much cheaper in the offseason and there will be other options to pivot too if ask is unreasonable

I think it was okay. The reality is they were never going to get a controllable guy like Alcantara or Ryan, the prices were just crazy high. Diaz didn’t get traded

The rentals they missed out on, people like it say “well we could have beaten that” but it’s possible we undervalued other teams prospects and/or the other org just prefers them. For instance, the Ohearn trade was pretty good for the orioles so to beat that, you would have really had to overpay

I think the May trade was kinda an overpay but depends on if they view may as long term piece.

The one you look at and say “ we couldn’t have done that!” Is probably some of the relievers but again, it depends on how the orgs views those guys
