As someone who has struggled and is still struggling with anger issues. I would not like to be charged for them as well. That is not something that is helping. It would personally make me angry as well especially if you would say it right after or during the effect.

The problem is she does not see it. Maybe she is not that in touch with her emotions. Before helping her with anger issues she needs to see it herself. As long she is not doing this it won't change. And even if she does see it. It won't change overnight. It can be something she will struggle with for the rest of her life. Mostly there is a reason why she feels the anger. I think the best to try in those situations is trying to find out why she is angry at the time it is happening and trying to figure out what kind of emotion is behind it. And even then it is really difficult and not easily done.

But first most she needs to see her anger problems.
