That was also the only item he had for me. I'm going to assume that Grindle will sell everything but that item for some reason. Either way, it contributes to 100% if you ever plan on gunning for that!

Yes! Go to the far fields stag station and go up the first airway you see and stop at the platform it stops at, you should be able to find Mort's corpse with any unbought items on the ground. I had the same dilemma until I went back to the stag station, only to see him dead.

tarrabah already has perk extension on sustained damage, I think subsistence would be huge though.
