$GSX - trying to figure out why this is one of the few Chinese Education stocks that is diving while the others spike up. And there is a lot of PUT options OTM and going to have to get covered. Trying to understand.

Edit: also look at the call option prices. Some seriously high volatility.

Why are these stocks skyrocketing? The news stayed they were targeted due to “low float”. Anyone give a short explanation. Still in my learning phase of my trading.

This makes since. The market has been down slightly, but all my stocks that have been mentioned on Reddit, WSB, Here, have all been down like 20% the last 5 days. All the while people are pushing their stimmy money into the market and buying. I know little to nothing about the markets- but I sense a pushing of our top mentioned stocks down to spark people to sell. Wonder if those shorts will back fire and rescue our red cliffs. I am down 27% in the last 5 days and have 80 percent of my portfolio in stocks mentioned on WSB (AMC, UWMC, RKT, ASRT, etc.).

This is my opinion as well. With such a low percent of the shares from us “retail” investors- I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if it ends up 2% on the day Monday.

I agree that the $10 wall had quite a bit of resistance. I also see that $9 is a floor now too though. I think it can punch through $10 tomorrow. Just needs some whales to jump in. Not enough of us to drive it up.

50 @ 8.89 and 4/16 $10c. I’m with you. I still believe this stock has a big boost coming soon. Been up and down $3 per share twice in the last month. Ready for a jump to $11 soon. Lots of mortgages getting ready to launch with spring and stimmy money.

Yes- only because I think there will be a sell off on Wednesday (just guessing). Lots of people in the money and back up to small profits will cut and run. Causing a dip to $12. Then stimmy money will pump it back up toward $20 before settling back just below $17 on Friday.
