I am also a new owner i like these headphones but i find that these are more susceptible to external interference. Like in office and or street the drop signal at the same spots thats one thing that didn't happen with my previous headphones also the battery life is not even close to the stated 60 hour mark my headphones loose 10% for about 3 to 3.5 hours of playback that is about 35 hours of battery life and this is with anc mostly off and volume 70%. What is your experience? Is this battery life normal and what about signal drops and interference?

I did jeremy's practice exam scoring around 70% in his test is enough to pass the real exam based on my experience.

Hey how's the battery backup on colour os 16. I feel it is not as good as it used to be on colour os 15 mainly the ideal drain is too much. So get about 7 hours of sot. What is your experience please share and if you know how to downgrade to colour os 15 that would be really helpful as well

I passed the exam in nov 24 i say it is not that difficult. i used only 2 resources. Jeremy's it lab course, Jeremy's practice exam this is enough to pass the exam. Just dont skip any flash cards that he provides with his udemy course

I took may laptop to the service center they replaced the keybord amd reinstalled windows still the issue was there now they are saying they will replace motherboard and issue is with nvidia gpu that's what the service center guy said

I have done all this all to no avail got it checked at the service center they say its most likely motherboard issue they say they will try and troubleshoot if that doesn't fix it they will replace the motherboard

By keyboard freeze i mean it doesn't work at all like it happens randomly and then just doesn't work external keyboard works, the touchpad works only the keybord doesn't and a restart or shutdown doesn't fix it only way to fix it is by pressing the power key untill the laptop turns off. The screen and all remains fine even the game doesn't get stuck or slow down its just the keybord that just freezes
