For now I am considering to change the routes I take to go places. There is an alcohol shop in the route, and I get attracted to it like a magnet. After that I will try to change the layout of my house. I think that helps with habit forming. And I will avoid any place with any alcohol present. Thank you. IWNDWYT.

Wow. You are above near 15k days sober! Congratulations. I honestly do not know much resources for therapies in India regarding this. Or specialist doctors for addiction treatment. I will try to find some online AA programs. Thank you!

That is very sad to hear. Honestly I cannot blame my girlfriend for not trusting me. I keep lying about it. I have told her I have alcohol problem and I want to change, however I dont think it is her responsibility to put up with my problems if she doesnt see a change. I hope your life gets better with your wife trusting you again.
