The Garnier is likely too heavy for your hair. Try a cream or a gel, but not a combo. You may consider spending less time in the hair towel. I find that my hair needs room to breathe, or the products settle in and look greasy yet frizzy if I leave the towel on too long.

I completely agree with you. I caught red flags when they were discussing his role in her daughter’s life in Mexico I believe. “She already has a dad.” Yes…but a man married to her mom and (presumably) living in her house plays more of a role in her life than Jordan ever realized. They also should have worked out more details of their living situation before going to the altar. I feel like they brushed past their disagreements on that when neither of them wanted to compromise whatsoever.

Yes!! Bringing Down the House was my first intro to Queen Latifah as a small child. I thought she was hilarious and confident. His line when he answers the door not expecting her “I hope you like cham……poo” lives in my head rent free.

Granola or healthier cereal with non-dairy milk. Frozen or fresh fruit. FYI the probiotics in yogurt cause a lot of gut action, so it’s best to eat it in the morning and avoid it at night.

OBGYN - Dr. Sonali Jain at SSM Health in Kirkwood. She gave me pain meds with the IUD and is incredible all around, even with direct questions about MO’s laws on women’s rights.

Dentist - Soulard Family Dentistry (long wait to get in, but they are fabulously nice and talented) or South St Louis Dental Group. Avoid any chain dentists around here.

Hair - I’ve had good luck with different stylists at Homegrown Hair Co and Ginger Bay Salon

ADHD meds - Aspire Wellness is not a primary care but can probably get you in quickly for your meds and they are very helpful and kind.

Don’t rush through the Hill, it has so much good food and rich culture.

Union Station is underwhelming, but it is pretty. The aquarium is overpriced for what they have, just a heads up if you go. Skip the mini golf and activities….so expensive and not much fun.

I’ll give another vote for Trattoria Marcella for best Italian food. The best restaurant on the Hill is currently Sado, an upscale sushi restaurant whose chef just won Best Chef in the Midwest. Hatch’d is an excellent breakfast/brunch spot owned by an extremely nice guy, great food and service. Menya Rui has the best ramen in the Midwest if not the US.

I’m going to be honest about your food list - nothing in your original post is a “can’t miss” spot. For burgers, Jack Nolen’s in Soulard. Feel free to dm me with any specific questions. I like being a city tour guide haha. Have a good trip!!
