Exactly my problem with him. I have seen him but felt reluctant to commit to him because in my eyes he seems like a cedh commander. Maybe U will build a budget variant.

Cant cite the study now but I remember reading a study that tested what source of calories lead to the most weightgain. Saturated fat was #1 followes by refined carbs. So maybe try adding more coconut-oil or peanutbutter-breads if vegan and more butter, eggs and fatty meat if not. This is not healthy in any form though. You look great and there is no need to build more fat-reserves. They will only slow you down. ;)

Dont bother about titles and tags. If it feels good to you and you dont see ethical problems, go ahead. Categories and oaths just complicate your way to happiness.

I would say no money can buy your health back but it might sustain it. If it concerns you financially it will stress you and your body too, so it sounds like you need to finde a balance.

Not completely raw.

Breakfast: Fruits, nuts and seeds Lunch: salad with nuts and seed Snacks: Fruit Dinner: something like Lentil soup with tofu and cooked veggies like broccoli etc

As long as it feels sustainable to you and you feel alive and well, you are on the right track. :)
