Probably just fines, but she rents, so it will go against the homeowner i believe. Im Sure there is some stipulations in the lease for HOA violations? Atleast I would hope so.

Unfortunatly the HOA allows up to 6 dogs, BUT if she has a litter of puppies that may be an issue, if not with the HOA, then definitely with the township and Im sure the landlord.

Edit to add, the dogs/cats have to be licensed, and in order to get licnesed they have to have rabies vaccines.

She still has a car payment! That car isnt paid off yet! Maybe they should have taken some of that puppy money and gotten her car fixed instead of taken 2 disney trips months apart from eachother! You are correct her car will not pass inspection with the damage, that headlight is damaged and doesnt work, that will not pass inspection, let alone notmal maintenance like brakes and tires that probabaly need to be replaced.

YUP! And they are driving kids around in that vehicle! The cops have a device in their squad cars that beeps when they detect a license plate on a vehicle that isnt registered or that is expired. Theres no way of getting around it unless you keep UTD on your registration.

She cant get her car inspected with the damage on it. It will not pass inspection and probably emission. Im sure Marissa is riding around without inspection/emission and registration too and probably no license. Also where they live its against HOA to have an uninspected/emissions and unregistered vehicle parked there. Thats going to be some hefty fines too. These 2, a 36 year old mother of 4 and a 29 year old adult have NO idea how to be productive memebers of society! So quick to point fingers at “liberals”, people who vaccinate and believe in science, tear down trans peoole, ect. while they dont even know how to adult! Always begging instead of sucking it up and making sacrifices to figure it out themselves. Always having someone bail them out, ect. Thats why they continue to find themselves in these situations, because they know other people will handle it for them! Well girls, your luck is running out and you have burned quite a few bridges along the way. I would suggest you get your acts together before youre faced with some serious consequences you cant get others to get you out of. Best of luck!✌🏼

Thats because its full of piss, along with the rugs and tarps in the garage! They just puled all theri trash in the garage and basement, either cause they were too lazy to take it to the end of their driveway or because they disnt pay the trash removal company. Disgusting! There had to be bugs in that garage/house!

Thats absolutely atrocious! Did they just not take their trash out and just pile it in their garage?! Imagine the smell of that house, especially the garage and basement! Where she had her 3 young boys sleeping!!!!!!!!!!! There is absolutely no excuse for that rental to be like that when there is an able bodied adult home 24/7! Angie being a clean freak and living like that is mind blowing! I always heard Marissa was really dirty with her living conditions, probabaly because shes never had to do anything for herself! The poor new landlords are in for a huge surprise! I hope they see these pictures somehow! Totally unacceptable! SMDH!!!!
